Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please email arbeautyyco@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase. We try our best to ship out orders in a timely manner and once an order is dispatched we can not cancel the order. We will try our best, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Can I make changes to an order?
Once an order is placed we are no longer able to make any changes to the order. If you wish to make order changes please contact arbeautyyco@gmail.com to submit a cancellation. Once the order is canceled, you can then place a new order with the correct items.
How long does it take my order to process?
Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take between 3 – 5 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during website launch, special promotions or sales, processing can take a little longer than usual due to an influx of orders.
